Thank you for shopping with We ship directly from Jamaica daily for guaranteed freshness. Here are some guidelines about our shipping process:

  • The final shipping / handling charge is calculated during the checkout process.
  • Our shipping costs are based on the shipping weight of your order and your destination.
  • During check-out you will get a quote for shipping BEFORE placing & confirming your order.
  • All our products are shipped from our office in New Kingston, Jamaica
  • Our products are shipped using JamaicaPost which is affiliated with the United States Postal Service for shipments leaving Jamaica. You will therefore receive a USPS tracking number and should visit the USPS website for tracking information.
  • We also offer you the option of using FedEx or UPS for expedited delivery.
  • We can usually ship in stock orders within 2 days if ordered during normal business hours, 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Thursday.
  • During peak times, however it could take us anywhere from 3-4 business days for your order to be processed.
  • Product availability is subject to change.  If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you and ship the item when it is back in stock.
